Wondering if natural height increase is even possible or how to increase height naturally?
Before I answer that, here’s something for you to think about: have you ever noticed the arms on a pro-level baseball pitcher? You’ll see that invariably, all pro-level baseball pitchers have a pitching arm that is at least 1-3 inches longer than their other arm.
Did you know that the Dutch are one of the tallest people in the world, with an average height that’s almost 2 inches more than neighboring Germans?
Why, you ask? Because the Dutch have a long tradition of cycling, especially with their seat up. If you’ve ever been to Amsterdam or seen it on TV, you would have noticed the amount of bikes on the road; pretty much every Dutchman owns a bike. They all ride standing straight up which invariably leads to longer legs and more height.
Did you know that the average height in China has increase by almost 5-6 inches in the past 30 years, ever since the Chinese economy opened up allowing their people to eat better, more nutritious food?
Countries where nutritious food is still scarce (African countries such as Ghana, Gambia, etc.), on the other hand, have seen no significant improvement in average height in the past 50 years.
Here’s my point: it’s a scientific fact that exercise and a good diet can significantly increase your height. Height is as much a function of nature as it is of nurture. Your environment, your nutrition, the amount of exercise you get – these are all factors that determine your height. Recent studies indicate that your environment and exercise level have an even greater role than genetics in determining your height.
The entire idea of increasing height naturally through exercise and diet is built around the theory that exercise helps to release human growth hormone (HGH), which in turn helps your body to grow. Certain types of exercise, such as jumping, swimming, or cycling, impact your joints in such a way that your bones develop microfractures (tiny fractures that heal within seconds), which, over time, help to stretch the bones and increase your height.
A good diet, on the other hand, provides the body with all the resources it needs to grow and build your bones and muscles. A good diet would include plenty of vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, essential amino acids (proteins), and carbohydrates.
This is all just pure science which doesn’t require a medical degree to understand.
I assume that you’ve already read my story and learned how I increased my height naturally by 4 inches (I went from 5′6″ to 5′10″) using Dr. Smith’s exercise & diet program Grow Taller 4 Idiots.
