Height Now System Review
The Height Now System was launched somewhat recently. On their website they claim to have been developed originally in Sweden, and use a technique that high tech Swiss clinics use to increase the heights of their clients (mostly celebs and CEOs).
Check out their website for additional details.
As far as my thoughts on Height Now are concerned, my BS detector starts screaming when you claim your program is based on some ‘ancient’ Chinese/Japanese technology or some super modern technology currently available only in some exotic country. Here, its Switzerland, a country more known for its watchmakers and private banks than for “Secret” height increase clinics.
Second, take a look at their website. Right at the very top you’ll see an “Expert” review by a Dr. Paul Bernard of some “Height Research Institute” whose website, predictably, is another height increase product parade. Dr. Paul isn’t even wearing his own lab coat (look closely at the name printed across the lab coat!).
As for the program itself, it claims to use a combination of exercises, diet, and specific supplements. The inclusion of the supplements in the program raised a red flag in my head – its perfectly possible to grow taller without external supplements from my own experience, so why include them in a program at all?
Let’s be clear of one thing here: I am not a fan of external supplements that cause any change in your body – be it height increase, or weight loss. Feed me all the tuna or salmon or spinach you want, but I won’t put a non FDA approved pill in my body anymore. I’ve ingested more than my share of pills and supplements in my long and arduous journey to increase my height, and I can tell you with all honesty that I was left more often with a cramped stomach than an inch on my height. So any program that advocates supplements gets the big no from the very onset.
But I bought the program nonetheless, completely out of curiosity. I found the exercise regimen to be lacking in depth as compared to something like the Grow Taller 4 Idiots program or the Height Challenged program. Also the diet plan was less than satisfactory as it only included a general outline rather than a detailed nutrition guide. All in all, the Height Now system pretty much lived up to my expectations, which were pretty low after reading their sales page anyway.
Do yourself a favor and avoid the Height Now system. There are plenty of legit programs out there like the Grow Taller 4 Idiots or Height Challenged programs that actually work than to waste your money on incomplete products like the Height Now system.
Verdict: FAIL
