How to Maximize Your Height Increase Results
I’m writing this article from my own height increase experiences. After having worked at various methods to increase my height for over a year to increase my height from 5′6″ to 5′10″.
Here are 4 tips I strongly recommend you follow in order to get the most out of a natural height increase program.

minerals daily. Make sure that the proteins you eat have all the essential amino acids. Proteins are essential building blocks of the body, and the essential amino acids that make up proteins are particularly important in increasing your height. Good sources of protein include chicken, fish, eggs and milk. Try to limit your intake of red meats (unless it’s grass fed).
Also make sure that you get plenty of vitamins and minerals in your diet daily. These are essential to growth. If you feel you aren’t getting the proper amounts in your diet, consider taking vitamin/mineral tablets.

2. Dress: Dressing right can significantly increase how tall you look. Solid, dark colors are great for giving the illusion of a taller body. Vertical stripes help you look lean and tall too, while horizontal stripes have the opposite effect. Try to wear shoes with heels or height increasing shoes. Short and spikey hair can also make you appear taller. Avoid baggy pants or oversize shirts because they can make you look shorter than you actually are.

3. Exercise: Exercising is the one single proven method of increasing your height. A combination of intense stretching, sprinting/cycling/swimming exercises and a good diet will increase your height, regardless of your age.

4. Sleep: Never underestimate the power of sleep in increasing your growth potential. If you’ve been out lifting weights, or sitting in front of a computer, healthy sleeping habits will help your body grow and rejuvinate itself. This is especially true for any height increase program. It is recommended that you try and squeeze in at least 8 hours of sleep into your schedule. Deep sleep releases large amounts of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) that ultimately is the crucial ingredient in any growth plan.
