5 Methods of Height Increase

3. Human Growth Hormone (HGH):
Human Growth Hormone is a combination of hormones released by the pituitary gland. This hormone is instrumental in growth and muscle building. All your bone, muscle and cellular growth takes place because of HGH.
HGH has been known to be effective in increasing height and growth in general, but in only a limited way. There are a lot of companies selling HGH powders/capsules on the internet, but these tend to have severe side-effects and aren’t really as effective as naturally released HGH.
How to release HGH naturally? Vigorous exercise. Resistance training (weight training and body weight exercises) involving the big muscle groups (chest, legs, back & abs) are great for stimulating HGH release. Do squats, bench presses, military presses, dead lifts and standing knee raises.
If you aren’t into weightlifting, then do intense cardio exercises such as wind sprints are also great for releasing HGH.

I’m sorry to burst your bubble, but it really doesn’t happen. If there really were some magical pill like this, the media and big pharmaceutical companies would be all over it like a cheap suit.
5. Height Increase Surgery:
This is also known as limb lengthening surgery. It is a relatively new procedure that is risky and very expensive. There are only a few clinics that offer height increase surgery facilities in the world, and even fewer that can do it well.
Limb lengthening surgery basically involves cutting your bones and allowing them to grow back. It is an extremely painful operation and can take almost an year to recover from. You’ll be bedridden for more than four-five months, depending on the desired length. Results are guaranteed and several people have added up to 5-6 inches through this method. However some patients have experienced decreased leg functioning after the surgery.
This method is recommended only if you suffer from very short stature and if you’ve tried all other methods (especially the exercise and diet regimen) and failed.
6. Other Methods:
I recently came across the website of a Japanese clinic that has supposedly created a device that helps to increase height. They claim to increase your height by up to 3 cm, which is pretty small considering the amount of money they charge for their services (up to $85,000 per cm of height gained). I don’t know about the legitimacy of their claims so I won’t offer an opinion. Pursue this method at your own discretion.
In conclusion, the most effective and safe method to increase your height is to follow an exercise-diet regimen. HGH can be great in stimulating growth, but HGH pills and powders are unsafe and not as effective. You’re better off stimulating HGH release naturally through exercise and deep sleep. Not only will you grow taller, but you’ll also be healthier.
