Disclosure: I tried this product only after I had already gained a significant portion of my 4 inch height increase (check out “My Natural Height Increase Story“), so the results from this program were minor because I’d already hit my “ceiling” when it comes to height gain. As I’ve already mentioned numerous times on this site that the program that helped me the most was Grow Taller 4 Idiots. That being said, the HeightChallenged program pretty much follows the same steps as the Grow Taller 4 Idiots program.
So, does this program actually work?
Yes, it does. There are no real reasons for you to believe otherwise. As I’ve mentioned already, it advocates the same basic ‘ingredients” as my top recommendation - Grow Taller 4 Idiots program. So I have no reason to believe that it wouldn’t . I’d already plateaued when it comes to my own height increase results, so I wouldn’t be the best judge of the effectiveness of the HeightChallenged Grow Taller program. This program gives you a step-by-step exercise guide, and a detailed nutrition guide to aid you in your height increase efforts. What I really like about the program is that it’s broken down into 13 weekly lessons that are delivered to you as 8-10 page guides in PDF format and in MP3 format. This helps keep members from getting information overload.
So why have I given it only a 4 star rating?
I’ve given HeightChallenged a 4 star rating only because it is a membership site. That means you’ll have to pay $27 per month for 3 months. Of course, this can also be an advantage since the initial price ($27) is lower than any other height increase program (Grow Taller 4 Idiots, Height Now) and you can try it risk free for 8 weeks (if it doesn’t work for you during the 8 weeks, you can get a full refund with no questions asked). Personally I prefer to pay for everything upfront and hate recurring billing, so I prefer the Grow Taller 4 Idiots program. This is of course an individual preference and I realize that some of you might feel otherwise. But in terms of content and quality, HeightChallenged is on par with Grow Taller 4 Idiots.
