Grow Taller 4 Idiots is easily the most popular height increase program on the internet right now. The program consists of three ebooks. The first book is the “science behind the method” – a background educational guide on the science behind height increase, the psychological and physiological reasons why certain exercises and nutrition habits lead to an increase in your height. This book is essentially the “why” behind the “how” of natural height increase.
Most of you would want to jump right into the meat of the height increase program – the exercise and height increase program. All of that is contained in the second book which has around 60 pages and dwells mostly on the “how” part of natural height increase. Included are detailed instructions, complete with diagrams on the various exercises you should follow to increase your height. Also included are instructions on what NOT to do during your growing period.
Your results, of course, will vary with genetics, environment, diet and commitment to the program. But rest assured, if you do stick to this program long enough, you will see a measurable increase in your height. These exercises are not difficult to perform but do require a basic level of fitness. I see this as a good way to get a workout.
The third book in the package is a review of pills and supplements that deal with height increase. As with this website, the creators of Grow Taller 4 Idiots do not support the use of height increase pills and supplements – a stance that earned my respect. Most of these pills have been covered here already, but for those of you who would rather read it in ebook form, these reviews can be quite helpful.
Despite the skepticism that you will encounter all over the internet regarding this program, I can tell from my own personal experience that it works.
