Grow Taller 4 Idiots is easily the most popular height increase program on the internet right now. The program consists of 3 manuals that you download to your PC immediately after you purchase the program. The 1st manual book is the “science behind the method” – it lays the foundation for height increase and provides psychological and physiological reasons why certain exercises and nutrition habits lead to an increase in your height. This book is essentially the “why” behind the “how” of natural height increase.
The 2nd manual, which is the largest at 103 pages, provides the “meat” of the Grow Taller 4 Idiots program: the nutrition and exercise part of the program. This manual focuses on the “how” of natural height increase and provides an extensive exercise regimen (which consists of 31 exercises divided into 3 phases), a detailed nutrition section, a section on posture and how to correct common issues and a section on how to appear taller. Detailed instructions are included together with complete with diagrams on the various exercises you should follow to increase your height. Also included are instructions on what NOT to do during your growing period.
The 3rd manual provides product reviews of growth pills, supplements and accessories that deal with height increase. For the most part, the creators of Grow Taller 4 Idiots do not support (and neither do I) the use of height increase pills or supplements – a stance that has earned my respect.
